All returned items must be unworn, unwashed with the tags attached in plastic wrap for refund/exchange within 7 days of receipt. A copy of receipt or invoice must be present. Returns will be processed within 1-2 business days. Exchanges will only be offered in the form of store credit. All shipping charges for any returned merchandise is the client's responsibility. 

We recommend shipping returned merchandise via insured parcel post for tracking purposes. MUSA will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

RETURN PROCESSING
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchanges will only be offered in the form of store credit.
 

CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 24 hours, but once package has been shipped, we will be unable to make any changes. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of purchase. 

ADD ITEMS TO AN ORDER
Simply place a new order for the item and contact us for confirmation. However, if package has already been shipped, we will be unable to add to the existing order. In most cases, we would ship out another package to designated cargo shipper.

For international buyers, due to the uncertainty of accurate delivery times for international packages, please contact your cargo provider for shipment details.
